Group Classes at Fitness Clinic are aimed at incorporating complex exercise science principles and training methodologies into fun, interactive and unique bouts of high intensity exercise to target overall strength, endurance and core strength.

Seniors Group Exercise Physiology Classes
Our Group Exercise Physiology Classes for seniors and individuals with chronic conditions runs throughout the week and is run by our experienced exercise physiologists. Before an individual joins the classes, they are assessed by one of our exercise physiologists who formulate a individualised exercise program tailored at addressing their goals, medical conditions and functional status. Each person has their own tailored program while a minimum of two exercise physiologists supervise, educate and guide each individual through their program and adjust accordingly.
