We offer a variety of Face to Face (F2F) training programs individualised for both men and women of all fitness levels. We are a team of highly qualified Personal Trainers, Exercise Scientists and Exercise Physiologists, who can help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a safe and effective way.

F2F Individually tailored programs

Before starting any of our programs all our clients undergo a comprehensive series of assessments. This includes taking a clients medical and exercise history, identifying specific individual goals, completing a metabolic and nutritional assessment, body composition and a series of fitness and strength tests; the outcome of these assessments will then allow us to design individualised programs to meet the objective goals discussed following the initial assessment.

Our team of exercise physiologist ensure accountability and direction by utilising the test results to monitor our clients progress throughout the training process. A re-assessment is completed every 6-8 weeks to ensure progress is in the right direction and to make appropriate diet/exercise modifications if it isn’t. For those on F2F programs who wish to attend additional training sessions besides their scheduled appointments, they will also have access to our high intensity group classes and facility which includes a fully equipped gym and state of the art equipment. Coupling group classes with your personal training is a guaranteed way to reach your goals in an even shorter period of time.

Liaising With Appropriate Health Professionals

As Fitness Clinic is a clinical exercise facility, we ensure that all associated health professionals around our clients are updated and notified about our exercise recommendations and interventions during the training process. This means that if you see a dietitian or metabolic specialist and given you would like us to do so, our team will ensure a comprehensive report is sent to the health team around you informing them of your initial assessment results, the direction we are taking and what our goals are moving forward. This ensures that all health practitioners around you are on the same page and provides you with the best holistic support towards your overall health and well-being.

Small Group Fitness Classes

We offer small personal group fitness classes for groups of 3 to 6 participants. It is our very unique approach to small group fitness classes that differentiate us from others as we focus on an individuals specific needs. Our group sessions run for 60 minutes to allow a complete focus on all facets of your training process.

Please note that our F2F training programs are limited in numbers. If a place is not available at the time of your application, you will be registered for the next available program.
