More than 1/3rd of Australians over the age of 65 will have a fall each year resulting in physical or psychological injury. This can lead to a loss of confidence and fear of a recurrent fall resulting in inactivity which further increases the risk of falling.

We have designed a falls prevention program specifically tailored around these risk factors to assist in the prevention of falls in older adults. The program involves 2 group exercise physiology sessions per week as well as a home program to be conducted daily.
