I found Nick and his colleagues to be extremely professional and dedicated to their clients. their university backgrounds as exercise physiologists puts them well ahead from other rehab and gym clinics

I have been visiting the Fitness Clinic seriously since Jun 2020 and my trainer Nick fixed most of my ache and pains that I was experiencing. The training program he makes me go through made it possible to reduce my normal running time by 10mins and I feel free of the aching knees, aching feet, aching lower back. Of course if I miss my session than some of these aches come back so, Fitness Clinic is here to stay. Once your body becomes stronger, so does your mind. I do recommend Nick and Fitness Clinic to all my friends experiencing similar issues. Thanks for changing my life.

The guys at fitness clinic gave me some awesome advice about weight loss and showed me how to train more effectively. As a result I have lost body fat and am now lifting more weight that i was when i was 21. It just goes to show what you can do when you get the right advice from people that really know what they are talking about. Thanks Fitness Clinic.
